Sunday Mind Frame: Relaxation
Whether you had a rough week, a busy week, draining past few days, etc., take a moment to be still. I’ve had a pretty rough few years, let alone weeks or days, and I find some comfort in knowing that at any moment I can be still and take some deep breathes.
I have never handled stress too well, therefore need to take moments and force myself to be silent and relaxed. I’ve recently looked to others for inspiration and have began a daily yoga regimen. At some point of each day, I find time to be in total peace and quiet.

2 NYPD Cops Executed as Revenge for Eric Garner and Mike Brown Deaths
As if the world wasn’t already violent and crazy enough, things got much worse as two NYPD cops were killed, execution style, while they were sitting in a marked police cruiser during an anti-terrorism drill in Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn.
The suspected gunman apparently gave warning of his plot to put “wings on pigs” via an Instagram post, pictured below. Once police cornered the shooter, he turned the gun on himself and was eventually pronounced dead.
The shootings were alleged revenge for the deaths of Eric Garner and Mike Brown.
Hopefully, people can find peace and end the violence. Killing cops is not the way to fight for a cause.

August Alsina is Awake After 3-Day Coma

Everyone is happy to know that singer, August Alsina, is finally awake after being in a coma for 3 days. He posted the below photo on his Instagram page (@augustalsina) to let his fans know that he is recovering and to say, “thank you!” August collapsed during a performance on Monday and apparently suffered from seizures shortly after. Prayers and thoughts are with him and the Dreamworld hopes for a speedy recovery!
